Events and Chapter Meetings:

March 20, Galva, Kansas Community Center, 6:00 PM Meal - Program 7:00 PM: Susan Calafate Boyle, National Park Service will present a program about “Mexican Culture, Pack Mules, and the Santa Fe Trail”

May, rural Lehigh, Kansas, 240th Road and Chisholm Trail Road - Tour Santa Fe Trail ruts on the Steve and Glenda Schmidt Property - Date and details to be announced.

July 24: Galva, Kansas Community Center, 6:00 PM Meal - Program 7:00 PM: Shirley Coupal, State President of the DAR, will present a program about the DAR’s SFT markers and the DAR’s program to clean and restore the markers.

September 18: Galva, Kansas Community Center, 6:00 PM Meal - Program 7:00 PM: Harry Myers, Association Manger of the SFTA.  Topic to be announced.

November : Galva, Kansas Community Center, 6:00 PM Meal, followed at 7:00 PM by the Chapter’s Annual Business Meeting and election of officers. Program and date to be announced.
